Friendly reception staff. Well-equipped kitchens/communal areas. Convenient location, close to bus stop. Clean and tidy rooms with great facilities for mountain bikers. Showers cleaned multiple times daily. Plugs available in large storage lockers. Free parking. Convenient proximity to hot pools, restaurants, and thermal sights. Helpful staff. TV room. Excellent WiFi connection.

Not quite. Can be bloody noisy! Also we found hair in the bath, dirt on the bed sheets. Not the best of all, honestly.

The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. Great access to information and excellent facilities. The double room with private bathroom was a good size and very clean. Not the comfiest bed in the world but still very good for the price we paid. Great location and excellent environmental policies. Highly recommend it.

I stayed at Yha in Rotorua for a week and it was a great experience. The hostel had a big and clean kitchen area with all the necessary cutlery and crockery. The bathrooms were spotless and the beds were really comfortable. I also appreciated the lockers in the rooms, which added an extra layer of security. The location was perfect, close to the town center and right across from a large thermal park. The hostel provided towels free of charge and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The communal areas were also clean and well-maintained, with a radio station playing in the background.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We had a wonderful stay at YHA. The Four Bed Share Female Room was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also clean and well-equipped with towels, soap, and even a hairdryer. The kitchen and shared room were spacious and had everything we could ask for. The location was great and close to the city center.

We stayed in a hostel nestled in a peaceful location near a gorgeous thermal park. the room was spacious and the comfortable beds were equipped with lockers to keep our belongings safe. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff was helpful and friendly, and they provided us with a hearty breakfast to start the day. We enjoyed the ample leisure facilities available on the site, such as a garden and a lounge, which were perfect for relaxation.

The walls were thin and the noise from neighboring rooms could be heard, which disrupted our peaceful sleep.

The hostel was in a great location, just a short walk from the thermal park and bus stop. The staff were friendly and offered lots of information on local activities. The Christmas breakfast was an unexpected treat. The kitchen was large, clean, and well-equipped, and there was plenty of parking available.

The room was quite hot, as there was no air conditioning. there were only a few power outlets in the room, which made it difficult to charge multiple devices.

Nice comfortable hostel, simple but nice room and clean toilets. Nice staff that help us with many activities.

Stayed only for one night. Flew from rotorua to sydney. Its a normal price for quality.

Room was quite warm. Doors of the room were closing with a slam. A bit noisy from other visitors. Matras is a bit thin.

The hotel's location was ideal for my trip. It was located near the city center and right next to the main attractions I wanted to see. the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was great, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast provided was also excellent and the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my experience all the more enjoyable.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Stayed here for 4 nights in September. Everything's clean and works. Big kitchen/communal area great for meeting folk. Close to all amenities.
